At the beginning of this year the Company REMIX delivered and set in motion the line for hot galvanizing for the Company LEGIPOL SYSTEMY OGRODZENIOWE ,inc.
The line is designed for hot -dip galvanizing of steel and cast iron elements, at maximal temperature up to 460ºC and with the capacity of 5 tons/h.
The line consists of the following plants:

hot-dip galvanizing furnace , PCWg-06/190 type

dryer, Dg-01/3x93150 type

furnace gas exhaust system
The hot-dip galvanizing furnace with a steel galvanizing pot is supplied with heat energy by heating system which consists of four gas burners. Burners were applied with total power of approx. 1400 kW , installed in protecting tubes which prevent against local overheating by flames of burners and provide an uniform distribution of heat energy. Adequate thickness of insulation, variety and quality of applied materials provide low idling power of the furnace.
The control system secures an automatic control of temperature of hot galvanizing bath and protects the heating chamber against overheating. Temperature of zinc bath and temperature in the heating zone is recorded by a temperature recorder.

The dryer is the device developed for drying and heating of charges before loading them into the galvanizing pot. The dryer is heated by waste gases from the heating system of bath furnace. The possibility of increase of heating power of the dryer is foreseen by the application of auxiliary block burner installed at flue gas conduit between a furnace and a dryer.

The flue gas exhaust system is developed for carrying off of flue gas, generated during the heating process of a galvanizing pot and a dryer to a chimney duct. Flue gas is used for heating of the dryer in order to secure maximal utilization of heat energy .For this reason, waste gases flow through a heat exchanger of dryer. Auxiliary burner supporting heating of dryer was applied in the flue gas conduit between a furnace and a dryer.
