The line is designed to carry heat treatment process in nitrogen protective atmosphere and particularly to carry bainitic  isothermal hardening processes in salt bath in order to assure both charge hardness above 45 HRC and resistance for contraflexure  acc. to ISO 5718.

• salt tank   WS-4000 type
• water tank  WW-4000 type
