Start-up of technological line LT-SQ-840 type

REMIX S.A. delivered and put into operation the technological line LT-SQ-840 intended for thermal-chemical treatment of gear wheels in Belarus.

This technological line is based on SQ-840 furnace and it is designed for thermal treatment and thermal-chemical treatment processes of details in controlled atmospheres. In particular the line is intended for hardening, carburizing, cyaniding, washing and drying under pressure as well as
high-temperature tempering.

The line included the following devices:

• Chamber furnace with vestibule and quenching tank, type SQ-840
• Device for washing and drying under pressure, type WNS-840
• Chamber furnace for high-temperature tempering, type D-07/840
• Generator of endothermic atmosphere, type GED-40
• Specialist tables for loading and unloading operations, type SZW-840
• Computer system for visualization and archiving of process parameters
