We can offer electric chamber furnaces, B and D type, adopted to run in protective atmospheres and chamber furnaces, KRE type, adopted to run in natural air atmosphere. Chamber furnaces enable the application of modern technology of charge heat and thermo-chemical heat treatment within the range of temperatures up to 1000 °C
In the furnaces, B and D type, heat or thermo-chemical treatment process is carried out in air-tight chamber, without any possibility of air access from outside. Heat or chemical/heat treatment process takes place in air-tight chamber, without the possibility of air access from outside. Inside the chamber the forced atmosphere circulation made by means of atmosphere mixer can be carried out. This process improves the uniformity of charge heating in the utilization area, provides full contact of its faces with the atmosphere and levels out the atmosphere composition over the entire volume of the furnace chamber.
Processes can be carried out in the methanol and nitrogen atmosphere, propane or natural gas as additive or ammonia as nitriding addition can be used for carburizing.
WIn the furnaces KRE type, heat treatment process is carried out in the chamber with closed door. The door, subject to the furnace size or production version, can be opened manually by side or upwards and also mechanically in case of big units.
