We offer electric band furnaces, PFEN and PFEC type, adapted to run with protective and natural air atmospheres. According to the sort of treated products and the process requirements, we deliver complete process lines on the basis of band furnaces.

The process of heat or thermo-chemical treatment of charge takes place on a transport band in the chamber closed by flame curtain, without any access of air from outside. Inside the chamber forced circulation of the furnace atmosphere is carried out by an atmosphere mixer. This process improves the uniformity of charge heating in the utilization area, provides full contact of its faces with the atmosphere and the atmosphere composition levels out over the entire volume of the furnace chamber. Hardening processes are carried out in the oil tank at the back zone of the furnace.
