Electric muffle furnaces, BMF-10 and BMF-11 type are designated to perform various heat treatment and thermo chemical treatment processes in the protective atmosphere. The furnaces can be equipped with the second door, including the one equipped with a mixer providing carrying out of carburizing process. The furnaces can cooperate with generating atmosphere systems based on liquid organic compounds, endothermic and exothermic atmosphere generators and non-flammable inert gas atmospheres (e.g., nitrogen, argon).

Electric muffle furnaces, BMF-07 type, are designed to perform annealing and tempering in the protective atmospheres or in the air atmosphere at the temperature up to 700°C. They are equipped with horizontal atmosphere mixer installed on the door .The furnaces can run with non-flammable inert gas atmosphere.

Electric muffle furnace, BMF-06 type is designed for low temperature gas nitriding at the temperature up to 600°C. It is equipped with horizontal atmosphere mixer placed on the door.

According to the customer requirements, the plants, BMF-11 and BMF-10 type, can be equipped with oxygen probe for control of thermo chemical treatments
