We belong to the greatest producers of furnaces for melting of non-ferrous metals in Poland. According to the customer’s needs, we offer stationary and tilting crucible furnaces.
Purpose
- Melting of non-ferrous metals
- Holding up of non-ferrous metals and their alloys.
Type of charge
- aluminium, copper, silver, zinc, tin and others
Heating system
Charge weight:
- up to 1200 kg. for copper alloys
- up to 1000 kg for aluminium alloys
Max. temperature in the crucible
- up to 1450 °C for copper alloys
- up to 1250 °C for aluminium alloys
Additional option:
- recuperation system enabling partial heat recovery from waste gases escaping to the chimney
- temperature measurement system in the crucible ,
- power regulating system with continuous output,
- weekly programmable,
- work time-meter,
- energy consumption counter
