Bath furnaces
Our offer includes gas, tilting bath furnaces, BTG type, and shaft and bath furnaces, GRD type, assigned for melting and holding of liquid aluminium and its alloys at maximal temperature up to 1100°C. We also offer electric bath furnaces, PWE and EZS type, assigned for holding of liquid aluminium alloys at maximal temperature up to 900oC , measured in the furnace chamber. They are adapted to run with permanent mould casting machines and injection moulding machines and provide high production capacity and quality.

Attributes of BTG bath furnaces:
- dual chamber construction makes possible to realize melting process and alloy holding in one furnace, what provides the possibility of continuous casting process.
- access door system enables the inspection and the maintenance of chamber and serves for carrying out process interventions during holding of liquid alloy.
- lining and thermal insulation of furnace chamber are multilayer and diverse regarding chemical composition and physical properties of applied materials, according to the place of application in the furnace.
- the furnace is furnished with heat energy by means of heating system consisting of gas burners with high-pressure air blowers.
- the furnace can be equipped with recuperating device for partial recovery of heat from furnace gases escaping to a chimney.
- control system and electric installation serve to adjust and control the working temperature of the furnace, furnace door driving mechanisms and tilting mechanism.
